In addition to law, I also own a car dealership with my brother. Customers agreed to non-refundable deposits and then charged back. This is how I won.

I know the pain and anguish of a chargback first hand. One morning you are ready to start your day only to find that your bank account is overdrawn; your money is gone, replaced by some cryptic chargeback code.

And the deck is further stacked against you. The customer's bank decides if you get your money back. So you need to have everything perfect and be persuasive in your response.

I know the pain from my business. I want to change the automotive industry with transparency. I cannot stand when a dealer pretends that a sold vehicle is still available to get a customer on the lot. I cannot play that game.
